Donald Trump's view on some African people!!!
Wow! This is serious stuff coming out of US business magnate Donald Trump. He referred to some Africans as lazy fools only good at eating, lovemaking and thuggery. Speaking in Indianapolis, he articulated his seriousness in deporting Africans especially those of Kenyan origin including their son Barrack Obama. This is some of what he said:
“African Americans are very lazy. The best they can do is gallivanting around ghettoes, lamenting how they are discriminated. These are the people America doesn’t need. They are the enemies of progress. Look at African countries like Kenya for instance, those people are stealing from their own government and go to invest the money in foreign countries. From the government to opposition, they only qualify to be used as a case study whenever bad examples are required. How do you trust even those who have ran away to hide here at the United States hiding behind education? I hear they abuse me in their blogs but I don’t care because even the internet they are using is ours and we can decide to switch it off from this side. These are people who import everything including matchsticks. In my opinion, most of these African countries ought to be recolonized again for another 100 years because they know nothing about leadership and self governance” Explained Donald Trump bitterly as he illuminated how he plans to reconstruct America and restore its lost glory.
“I promise to make America great again by restoring our dignity that we have since lost through Obama. The more reason why I still believe that he, and his Kenyan brothers and sisters should be deported back to Kenya to make America safe”
Some very offensive words spoken there. I bet Donald trump will not lose any sleep on this or what people think about his statement. Some aspects of what he mentioned such as laziness is not indicative of a particular race neither is it indicative of a particular country.
But oh dearie me!! In as much as what he said is not PC and is very offensive, I kind of agree that there is some truth in some of what he said. For example,

This is true of most African countries. It pains me to agree with some of the points made by this man. African government will have to sit up. They are busy looting the wealth of their countries and investing the money in foreign countries.
Look at Africa with its vast natural and human resources. It is now used as a case study for poverty and development initiatives. We are busy killing each other in the name of religion, ethnicity, culture, corruption etc.
For every African leader in power that looted the funds of it's people, shame on you. You are all part of the reason Africans are humiliated. Why you may ask? That money belongs to the people and should be invested in education, infrastructure, development, science and technology etc.

Breast Ironing?
According to a UN report, there is a widespread practice in African countries such as Cameroon, Nigeria and South Africa. It is called Breast ironing. Breast ironing is described as the brutal flattening of a young girl's developing chest to 'protect her from rape and sexual harassment'. Instruments used in this practice includes the use of large stones, a hammer or a spatula that has been heated over hot coals to compress or mutilate the breast tissue and make the adolescent look less 'womanly'. It is reported that the girl's mother is usually the abuser in 58 per cent of cases. The rationale for this practice is to prevent girls from developing breasts between 11 and 15 years old in the belief that a flat childlike appearance will discourage unwanted male attention and premarital pregnancy. The mother often warrants the ritual, removing signs of puberty, so her daughter can pursue education for longer rather than being seen as 'ready for marriage'.
This is shocking and news to me. It is great that the UN is exposing such practice. I am a bit sceptical about some aspects of this report. I also question the research methods used. This whole practice is strange and as an African descent, I have never heard of this practice. Puberty is fully encouraged and supported in many African countries. I am very interested to know which communities in the countries mentioned in the report practices this horrendous tradition. This practice needs to be stopped by government, civil society and non-governmental organisations immediately.

Rihanna's nose ring
I have seen some people with similar nose rings. I love Rihanna's style. I am afraid that many people are copying this style without appreciating if it fits their facial features.
