Lately, I have been feeling bloated and tired and really wanted to change my way of life to a healthier one. I read about Keto and started trying it out. I have been on Keto for almost two weeks now and have lost almost 10 pounds. I am now trying to see what other meals I can add to what I have been eating as I am super tired of the cheese, meat and bread. Looking to add soups, salads and more variety of vegetables. I am going to make Nigerian Okra soup this weekend and have it with a vegetable side. It will be much lighter on my stomach.
Yesterday, I saw a bread recipe online and made it. I didn't fully get the baking right but the bread tasted delicious.
