The madness has begun. Bargain hunters are set to flock to
the high streets in their thousands today as shops open for the Boxing Day
sales. According to reports, shoppers had already started queuing before 7am to
ensure they were first in line when the shops open. The spending never ends
does it? Spending before Christmas, spending on Christmas day, spending after Christmas
and then comes another spending on the January sales. Well done to those who have
been out there as early as 7am and those with the time, money and strength to
do battle to grab sales items.
What upsets me in this shopping madness is the struggling, pushing down and greed in which shoppers bulldoze their ways into shops. Some do not even need the things they are rushing to but.
