Beware!!! Unfriending a colleague is Bullying

If you are on Facebook and you unfriend a colleague, it could be deemed as bullying. Rachael Roberts was unfriended by her employer on Facebook and Australia's fair work commission ruled that she was indeed discriminated against by her employer.
