Public toilet manner

I don't get it why some ladies use the toilet and do not wash their hands. I went to use the toilet and this lady finished her business and opened the door and just walked off. This is not the first time that I have experienced this sort of behaviour. I just stood there annoyed. I mean, this is so inconsiderate. It means that I have to touch the handle to open the door and of course, touch whatever disgusting things left on the handle. I used a piece of tissue to open the door. I am of thought that other ladies who wash their hands can't be happy touching another person's faeces, urine etc. Enough said!!!
