Nigeria, the so called 'giant' of Africa is one of the largest oil producers in Africa and one of the world's leading exporters. A high percentage of it's citizen live in poverty. Issues that should not be a challenge such as the availability of fuel is one that seems to prove the biggest challenge. The fuel scarcity is reported to be getting worse and the crisis is said to be further deteriorating.
