In a world where man has invented and made astonishing discoveries, nature always brings me back to reflect on the things that have not been touched or created by man. I walked through the park and couldn’t help but admire the serenity of the environment. It was so beautiful and peaceful.
Peace and tranquillity are often underestimated in a world that revolves around material acquisition and consumerism. It is so easy to be caught up in the rat race and time passing by without reflecting on the things that cannot be bought with money such as good health and the love of loved ones.
As my feet stepped on the fallen autumn leaves and as I heard the crunch of the dried leaves, I am taken aback to how far I have come and how grateful I am for where I am today.
